The environment we operate in is the Leisure & Recreation Industry. Two of our competitors include Dick’s Sporting Goods and Lifetime Fitness.
What we sell
We offer a range of equipment that comes with every sport and we carry products for all different age types. We sell top brand name equipment from Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Underarmour among many others. On our website we offer demos on particular items on how to effectively use them. Among these services we also carry our own brand name goods, our brand name is Torque. This would help our customers with comparability among the price differences that come with choosing other brands.
New Product
We intend to provide high quality items to consumers by adding value for all of our products. The strategic goal for TorqueGorilla Sports is to establish cost leadership among our competitors to add even more value for our customers. With this policy in place, we will be able to sell more products for less of a cost to the customer, and thus create additional perceived value for the already outstanding brand names we offer in addition to our house brand, Torque.
